Precision weaving for permanent, reliable links.
Chain-link fence manufacturing is known as weaving. Galvanized metal wire is drawn around a long rotating flat blade to form a flattened spiral. Each new spiral is woven through the previous one; at the end of the cycle it is cut, flattened and securely twisted to create permanent links.
Modern weaving machinery can process two wires at once to create a double helix, increasing production speed while maintaining consistent mesh quality.
